Most fans of great hiphop music are still at a lost for words over J. Dilla's unfortunate passing earlier this year. Dilla was in the hospital for several weeks before his death, and his mother (Maureen Yancey) reamains in debt because of it. Maureen Yancey and family have released "The Chronicles of J. Dilla" The Mixtape to raise money for the cause. When this mixtape is purchased, all of the proceeds go directly to the Yancey Family. It all apart of the J. Dilla foundation that was created just after his death. If you are a Dilla fan at heart, this mixtape will be a nice added piece to your collection for sure.
